WRAPUP may collect the following information to provide the service.

Information you provide directly:

• Email address (when applying for free trial)
• Name (optional)
• Purchase information (processed via Lemonsqueezy. WRAPUP does not directly hold credit card information)

Automatically collected information (opt-out available):

• App launch count
• Types and number of connected services (does not include data from services)
• Anonymized error logs
• OS type and app version

You can opt out of anonymous statistics at any time from the app settings.

3. Handling of Work Data

Work logs collected by WRAPUP from each integrated service are stored locally on the user's device.

• Work data is never sent to WRAPUP's servers
• Work data is never shared with third parties
• Work data can be deleted at any time from the app settings

4. Authentication Token Storage

OAuth tokens and Personal Access Tokens used for service integrations are encrypted and stored in the device's secure storage.

• macOS: Keychain（キーチェーン）
• Windows: DPAPI（Data Protection API）

These credentials are never sent to WRAPUP's servers.

5. Use of Information

Collected information is used only for the following purposes.

• Sending download links and license keys
• Support and inquiry responses
• Statistical analysis for product improvement (anonymized)
• Notifications about important updates and security

6. Data Retention

• Email and name: During the active account period and as needed for support
• Purchase information: As required by law (up to 7 years)
• Anonymous statistics: May be retained indefinitely in non-identifiable form after aggregation

7. Sharing with Third Parties

WRAPUP does not share users' personal information with third parties except in the following cases.

• When required by law
• When providing necessary information to Lemonsqueezy for payment processing
